    A: We are an OEM/ODM factory.

2. Q: How long is your delivery time?
    A: Generally it takes 15-20 days.

3. Q: What payment methods your company accepts?
    A: We accept T/T. 50% as deposit, 50% must be paid before the goods are shipped.

4. Q: How long is the warranty for your products?
    A: We officially promised warranty time is 2 years after delivery at best.

5. Q: Could we print our own logo on LED screen?
    A: Of course. Please let us konw all the details soon before production.

6. Q: Whether to provide technical training(installation training and use training)?
    A: Yes, we offer full service, including pre-sales, sales, after-sales service, you can reply on me.
