1). Payment: T/T, usually 50% prepayment before production, 50% balance to be paid before delivering.
2). Production lead time less than 100 sqm: 15-20 days, more than 200 sqm: 30days.

Q1; Do you have any MOQ limit for LED display orders?
A: Low MOQ, 1 square meter, or a module checking is available.

Q2; Is it OK to print my logo on the products?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q3; Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer specializing in the LED Display industry for more than 11 years.

Q4; When will you make the delivery?
A; We can make the delivery within 3-5 working days for the led modules
    and 10-15days for the led finished screen according to the size and quantities of your order.

Q5; Do you provide any free spare parts in each order?
A; Yes, a certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free, spare parts including modules,
    power cable, signal cable, LED lamp, IC, mask, power supply, receiving card, etc.

Q6;  What is the control system? How is it?
A: We use Nova Taurus Series asynchronous control system. Support cluster play and management. Support APP/ Phone/ WIFI/ Ipad/ Laptop/ PC/ Cloud control. It's very easy and convenient to control.

Q7; What is your best service?
A: One to one sales engineer to customer responsibility system. We will do:
