A : Yes, it is Glass, and with corrugation for very nice pattern on the floor when lighting

Q : Is the height adjustable ?
A : Yes, if you need, we can make longer pipe customized and we can make large size even.

Q : How about the panel, same as other lights ?
A : No, it is much more powerful than others in the same series. It is with 2v 160mA panel to make the light work longer time.

Q : What is the package ?
A : Normally, we pack 4 or 8 pcs in a color box. With insert to protect the lens well.

Q : Any options ?
A : Sure! We can make any color like black, copper, bronze, brass for the product. Also, we can use
different lens.

Q : Do you accept customized package and logo printing ?
A : Sure. Normally if only order qty reach 3000units (3000packages) , we can provide custom
package. If lower qty, there will be extra cost to make custom packaging.
For logo printing, it depends on products. We can discuss this.

Q : Do you provide free samples ?
A : Sorry, we cannot provide free samples until we have cooperated each other.

Q : Do you ship samples by air ? How many days do you need to send out samples ?
A : Yes, we ship samples by air. Usually we will use DHL to send. We need 1-3days to prepare samples.

Q : Can we place order of samples directly ?
A : Yes, we welcome trade assurance order on Alibaba.com. But, it is better to recheck with us about the shipping cost in advance. Thanks!

A : 25-40 days for normal order. We have 4 production lines , 2 packaging lines to do your orders, please do not worry about this issue.

A : We can make Max. Daily 50000+pcs. We welcome big orders and you just need to wait for the shipment in a short time.
Q : Do you accept small orders ?
A : Yes, for the products we are going to produce or we have stocks , we can accept small orders without complex packaging requests. Also, we have "RTS" products in our shop. Please kindly find them in our shop.

Q : Do you have ability to do ODM? How many days for a new mold and a mock up sample ?
A : Yes, welcome. This is what we often do for our customers! Normally, 30-40days for a new mold, 1-10days for a mock up sample, 1-3days for 3D drawings.
