Answer:
They can but depending on the lay out, there may be some demo involved

Would this be acceptable to use without a capstone along a sitting wall? Like would it discourage someone to sit there?
Answer:
I presume you are talking about a stone wall. You can use them without a cap stone, if you can attach to the stone and have a secure path for your low voltage wiring then I see no problems with your project. If the lights are on most people will find another place to sit
Question:
How to Replace lights if anything goes wrong in future
Answer:
Contact the seller or manufacturer if you can find a number. The other option is to complain to Amazon and get customer service to replace the unit.

Answer:It can be dimmed by our small dimmer switch

Answer:Yes I recommend these lights
