1. Do you provide samples?is it free or extra?

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

2. What is your After-sales service?
for led module----RCG files to suit your controller system can be provided.
for led screen----2-5 years warranty;
enough spare parts can be provided; installation manual can be privided, if there are something need help in installation or operatiing the screen, engineer will be arranged to guide remotely;
if remote help can not solve, engineer can come to your city to help.

3. How to take order?
If what you need is led modules, just need to tell us the quantity and your detailed address so that we can ask the shipping fee for you.
If what you need is whole led screen, please tell the screen width & heighgt so that we can make a quitation for you.
