Q1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are an original LED display manufacturer.


Q2. Is the product customizable?
A: No, this series product only support 500mm*1000mm, 500mm*500mm.

Q3: How can you ensure your LED display product quality?
A: We have professional R&D team and skilled QC team with standard process to assure quality products, and we 100%  do aging test and water-proof test before delivery. We also offer 2 years warranty for our products.


Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 20 to 28 days after receiving advance payment.


Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on LED screens?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.


Q6. What are your payment terms and trade terms?
A: Paryment terms: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, DDU, will follow your requiement.
