Q1. Are you a factory or just a trade company? 
A: Our HONGHUI is a LED display factory with R&D department and production line, professional engineering team and energetic sales team. Q2. Can I have a sample order for led module? 
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led module order?
A: Yes. Led module: 1 pcs; Led screen: 1 m2.

Q4. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 3-5 days, and average Production time is 7-15 working days after receiving the deposit.

Q5. What's your payment term? 
A: We accept T/T, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Western Union and Cash. At least 30-50 % deposit in advance, and the
balance should be paid before delivery.

Q8. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.1%.
     Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will provide a certain quantity of spare parts and these spare parts can basically ensure the normal usage of the LED within warranty period.
     For defective batch products, you can send the bad part to us, we will maintain it for free.
